Teknik Senaman Yoga Star Wars

 Salam 1 Malaysia!!! kalau sebelum ini, sibuk dengan senaman punggung dan senaman untuk kuruskan badan saja. Kali ini, kita cuba pula teknik senaman yoga versi star wars. Kalau tengok pada cara senaman yang fleksibel ni, mesti mampu untuk mengurangkan perut boroi ataupun buncit.

Boleh juga dicuba bila-bila masa. Janji dengan pakaian yang bersesuaian. Happy Yoga!! Betulkah Penyimpan Mohor Besar Raja-Raja bersara hari ini?
